In case of dissatisfaction the customer will have 30 days to request the replacement of the products. The products must be returned undamaged in their original packaging, otherwise they will be rejected.
The right to any form of warranty is not applicable if the defect and/or fault reported are due to the fault, negligence or willful misconduct, or to improper storage operations or if the use is not in accordance with the instructions that accompany the goods or in case of unauthorized modification.

If the customer is a consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to professional activity) is entitled to rescind the purchase contract for any reason.
